This is our weekly program of care and support to vulnerable and disenfranchised people in our area. Meeting at our New Ferry Christian Centre, we provide a welcoming setting for those without homes or jobs, or to those who simply need someone to talk to. We also try to direct the homeless to protective shelters, those in need of food to meal providers, and the jobless to resources of employment.
The work of Open Door is now expanding under the leadership of Pastor Nick to include programmes of adult learning – improving literacy, numeracy and skills, and a job club.
